乗用カート利用約款｜登別カントリー倶楽部

乗用カートをご利用の際は、下記の利用約款を厳守して走行（運転）して下さい。

Only individuals holding a valid driver's license may operate a golf cart.
Do not exceed the designated passenger capacity.
Do not operate the cart if you are under the influence of alcohol or any medication that may impair your ability to drive.
During play, do not drive ahead of a player preparing to hit in order to prevent ball-related accidents. After each shot, ensure the course is clear before proceeding.
Operate the cart safely and follow all applicable traffic laws.
When stopping, always ensure the parking brake is fully engaged.
Ensure all passengers hold the handrails while the cart is moving and keep their hands, feet, and other body parts inside the vehicle at all times.
Slippery conditions may occur on slopes, grassy areas, and cart paths. Drive at a safe speed and avoid sudden braking, especially in poor weather.
Do not drive through wooded areas or on embankments.
Follow all designated routes marked by course signage or ropes, and comply with instructions from your caddie or course staff.
The course is not liable for damages resulting from driver negligence or accidents not caused by the course.

승용 카트 운전은 자동차 운전면허 소지자에 한합니다.
승차 정원을 반드시 준수하십시오.
음주 또는 운전에 영향을 미치는 의약품 등 복용 시 운전하지 마십시오.
경기 중에는 타구 사고를 방지하기 위해 타구자의 전방에 진입하지 마십시오. 또한 타구 후에는 안전을 확인한 후 이동하십시오.
도로교통법을 준수하며 안전하게 운전하십시오.
정차 시에는 반드시 주차 브레이크가 작동되는지 확인하십시오.
운전자는 동승자의 안전에 주의하고, 동승자는 주행 중 손잡이를 잡고 손과 발을 승용 카트 밖으로 내밀지 마십시오.
내리막길, 잔디 위 또는 카트 도로에는 미끄러운 구간도 있습니다. 속도에 주의하여 주행하고, 급제동은 피하십시오. (특히 우천 시 등)
숲속 구간 및 비탈면(법면)에서는 주행하지 마십시오.
코스 표지판, 로프 등으로 통로가 지정된 경우 또는 동반 캐디, 직원의 지시가 있는 경우에는 이에 따라 주십시오.
운전자의 과실로 인한 사고 또는 당 골프장의 귀책 사유가 없는 사고가 발생한 경우, 당 골프장은 그로 인한 손해에 대해 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
